The Seiko VK64 meca-quartz hybrid movement features a 60-minute chronograph counter at the 9 o'clock position and a 24-hour indicator at the 3 o'clock position. [1, 2]

Movement Details

Type: Meca-quartz (quartz timekeeping with a mechanical module for smooth chronograph operation and instant reset).
No regular second-hand. - the hour and minute hands are as youd expect. The "second hand" is the stopwatch chronograph second hand only.
Layout: Bi-compax (two main sub-dials horizontally opposed at 3 and 9 o'clock).
Left Sub-dial (9:00): 60-minute elapsed time counter for the chronograpg stopwatch function.
Right Sub-dial (3:00): 24-hour time indicator that mirrors the current time (not an independent GMT hand).
Date Position: Often paired with a date window at the 6 o'clock position. In this example, the date function is not used.
