808 Inducted into the NAMM Hall of Fame

I'm interested in how technology and music interact.
The NAMM TECnology Hall of Fame was founded in 2004 by by George Petersen.

This year the Roland TR 808 was inducted.

I wonder if the 303 or 909 will receive similar awards in the future?
Maybe the Buchla or the Fairlight Synthesizer ?
Maybe the invention of MIDI ?
